Welcome to Aquatic AV's RMA website. You need to have an RMA website account with us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Make sure to review our Return Policy before submitting an RMA Request. Thank you!

We will not accept returned merchandise without an RMA number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.


1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click 'Create an Account' and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. Please provide the product part number and/or serial number. Details on locating the part numbers and serial numbers for our stereo products can be found HERE. Additionally, our IMAGE LIBRARY can provide further assistance in determining the part number for all our products.

4. We will review your request within 2 business days, do not send your item until you have received an RMA number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our RMA system anytime to check the status of your request.

5. You can monitor the status of your return by logging into our website.


An item must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 90 days after purchase.
